What does voucher activation mean?
Voucher activation involves providing the participant's information, which allows for, among other things, sending organizational details to the participant. For vouchers without a preset event date, such as those within the M Driver Package, the training date also needs to be chosen during the activation process.
Activation can be completed on the website: "I have a voucher".
What dates are available?
Event dates are available on the website: Training calendar.
What is a voucher in the M Driver package?
If your BMW M car is equipped with the M Driver Package (07ME), you will receive a voucher for training.
The voucher will be sent to you within a few months of the date you pick up the car, via email to the address you provided to your BMW dealer.

I have a voucher within the M Driver package. How can i sign up for the training?
The received voucher should be activated under the "I have a voucher" tab. During activation, you need to select the training date and enter the participant's details. If you have any questions about the voucher as part of the M Driver Package, please contact Area M Academy. Contact to Organizer.
Can I change the training date?
Changing the event date is only allowed once within a non-extendable period of 14 calendar days before the event. It is permitted only if the organizer has availability on other dates for the same type of event. To request a change, please send a message to contact@agmc-bmw-drivingexperience.ae with your voucher number included.
How to buy a voucher for someone else, like as a gift?
To buy a voucher for someone else, such as as a gift, you should enter your details in the Buyer section and then select the option "I am buying only for another person/other people (the training participant must activate the voucher after receiving it)." The voucher is not personalized; it does not include the name and surname of the Buyer or Participant. Instead, it contains a unique sequence of characters that grants access to the training.
